We are home to Wal-Mart World Headquarters, Tyson Foods, JB Hunt and many other small and large businesses. Fayetteville, Springdale, Siloam Springs, Rogers and Bentonville enjoy a low cost of living compared to most of the US and with an ideal family setting. The area has a growing cultural community consisting of the Walton Art Center, Rogers Little Theater, and our new Baseball team “Northwest Arkansas Naturals,” with a state of the art baseball stadium, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, & Shiloh Museum of Ozark History. The area lots of outdoor activities ranging from golf courses, lakes, camping, bike & hiking trails, hunting and fishing. We have easy access to travel with the new XNA Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport. Our area also has plenty of shopping with Northwest Arkansas Mall in Fayetteville and Pinnacle Hills Promenande in Rogers.
The area has a great deal of homes for sale that range from the perfect price for first time home buyer to the multi-million dollar dream estates. Some areas like Fayetteville and Bentonville don’t have many foreclosed homes while others have plenty like the Springdale and Rogers areas. So, there are plenty of deals and nice properties on our current market. This year first time home buyers can take an advantage of the $8,000 tax credit. Also, we have plenty of Rural Development and HUD homes in our area which can qualify for no money down.
